• Community Relations & Partnerships: Foster and maintain relationships with key local arts and tourism organizations, including Visit Indy, Downtown Indy Inc., the Arts Council of Indianapolis, and White River State Park. Engage with artists and community members through digital channels to strengthen partnerships.
• Influencer Management: Build and maintain relationships with local influencers to boost the museum’s digital presence. Coordinate influencer campaigns, ensuring content aligns with museum goals. Track performance and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and reach.
• Event Calendar Management: Ensure community event calendars are regularly updated with accurate, timely, and relevant information related to the museum’s programs and exhibitions.
• Brand and Style Management: Ensure that all public-facing materials—both digital and print—adhere to brand guidelines and style standards. Review and proofread content to maintain consistency and quality across all communications.
• Content Creation and Editing: Write, edit, and produce clear, concise, and compelling copy for various materials, including promotional materials, exhibition descriptions, and social media content. Proofread work to ensure accuracy and adherence to the museum’s messaging.
• Promotional Materials and Campaigns: Assist the creation of promotional materials and develop grassroots marketing campaigns to promote upcoming museum events and exhibitions.
• Attend Programs and Events: Attend key public programs and events to gather social content, and photographs, and assist with set up/tear down.
